My background is in environments where things can go wrong fast and the margin for error is small. Most of what I know about systems, I learned by watching them fail.
I have run logistics operations from the United States, serving customers across all 50 states, and taken real losses that taught me what no plan ever could: effort alone cannot rescue a system that was not designed well. My work has also taken me through East Africa and the Gulf, across different languages, cultures, teams, and ways of solving problems.
Wherever I went, the lesson was the same. Most waste is not the fault of careless people. It comes from missing signals, unclear ownership, slow handoffs, and tools that do not fit the people using them.
That is the path that led to Sima. I work with one person, a small team, or a whole organization to find where time, money, trust, and attention are quietly leaking, then build practical AI systems that make the work clearer, safer, and more valuable to the people who depend on it.
